What You’ll Do:
You will support custom code development for platforms utilizing JavaScript, Java, and .NET.
You will participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution discussions.
You will collaborate with internal teams to design software architecture and deliver scalable solutions.
You will write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using the appropriate programming languages.
You will test, deploy, and support applications and systems in production and non-production environments.
You will revise, update, refactor, and debug existing code to improve performance and reliability.
You will enhance and optimize existing software to meet evolving business needs.
You will develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
You will serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and provide technical support as needed.
You will support application data requirements and contribute to data modeling and related solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
•You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have 5–7 years of experience applying information technology solutions within business environments.
You have experience using JavaScript for front-end development.
You have experience using Java and .NET technologies for back-end development.
You have experience in general web application development.
You preferably have experience with Mendix Low-Code or other Java-based low-code development platforms.
You have experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
You have experience with Microsoft reporting tools and solutions
You preferably have experience with cloud technologies, containerization, container orchestration, and AI tools or platforms.
You have a solid understanding of business processes and demonstrate continuous growth in business and cultural awareness.
You are able to work under broad supervision and collaborate effectively with user representatives and stakeholders.
You are able to build strong client relationships through reliable delivery of solutions and consistent follow-through.
You have strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
You are able to complete assigned tasks on time with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You are amenable to working onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City.
You are willing to work on a mid-shift schedule.
