The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of product features that directly impact growth, risk, and conversion metrics.
You’ll work closely with product, design, and data to build scalable, high-quality systems used by millions of renters and landlords.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and own end-to-end features (frontend, backend, and infrastructure)
- Build beautiful, responsive, and intuitive UIs
- Develop and scale APIs, services, and data pipelines handling millions of requests
- Improve experimentation and delivery via A/B testing and feature flags
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality and performance
- Implement secure authentication and authorization best practices
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams
Our Tech Stack
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js (TypeScript)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, CI/CD
- Architecture: Microservices, event-driven systems
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack / Software Engineer
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Strong experience with server-side development (Node.js / Python / Java / C#)
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- BSc in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with event-driven or event-sourcing systems
- Background in FinTech / high-scale B2C systems
