The Role
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Senior Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that align with business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into functional and scalable applications while adhering to best practices in software development.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and enhancements into existing products
- Design and develop frontend UI and backend REST API endpoints
- Design relational schema changes to implement new features while retaining backwards compatibility with supported legacy systems
- Prioritize workloads and managing demands from multiple projects and groups of stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to our continuous improvement culture
- Optimize performance, scalability and security across our products
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working in a full-stack environment on large-scale projects
- Ability to independently build full-stack features from the ground up
- Working knowledge of web-based applications - HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres
- Expertise in Java (Spring), SQL (ORMs) and Javascript (Vue)
- A desire to help public safety agencies

- Experience with Cloud Services
- Experience with implementing and maintaining multi-tenancy applications
- Experience with containerization (Docker, K8s)
- Experience with integrating disparate systems into a unified and seamless experience for users
- Experience with leading large-scale projects and/or initiatives
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects
