Responsibilities
- Design and develop features according to the product roadmap.
- Mentor other developers in the development process.
- Proactively take responsibility for the entire development cycle.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years of significant experience as a full-stack developer (opportunity to be a team lead for highly skilled developers)
- Hands-on programming experience with Node.js and React.js
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and with Mongo/Mongoose for seamless data management.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and the CI/CD pipeline - critical in staying ahead of the curve.
- Fluency in English and the communication skills to effortlessly collaborate with engineers located globally
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup would be an added advantage
Preferred skills:
- Firm grasp over the design and construction of REST APIs
- Deep understanding of large systems, complex code bases, and version control systems such as Git
- The capability to function without hand-holding and micromanagement
- Experienced candidates will be considered for a Team Lead position
