What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Fullstack Developer with a robust background in React, Node.js, and MSSQL. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of two innovative SaaS platforms, Agency Sweet and Myzone AI Chatbots, contributing to their long-term success.
What are you expected to do?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Development Tasks:
    • Build and implement new features using React, Node.js, and MSSQL.
    • Develop solutions with an API-first approach, focusing on seamless integration.
    • Rapidly prototype and roll out AI-driven features for Myzone AI Chatbots, including connections to Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI.
  • First 3–6 Months:
    • Dive into the existing codebase and take ownership of technical scoping.
    • Finalize the roadmap, including timelines and cost analysis.
    • Launch priority features from the development roadmap.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Serve as the first rehire for these platforms, establishing processes and setting the standard for the team.
    • Lead onboarding efforts for future hires, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the hiring manager, front-end designers, and other stakeholders.
    • Report directly to the hiring manager while maintaining autonomy in decision-making.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have 8–10 years of senior-level experience in software development.
  • You’re proficient in React, Node.js, MSSQL, and related tools like Jira and Figma.
  • You excel in communication and can collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • You’re comfortable with a 2:1 front-end to back-end work ratio but can shift focus as needed.
  • You have the ability to work independently in a flexible, self-directed environment.
  • You’re ready to lead the development of complex features and onboard future hires.

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

  • You have experience working with LLMs or integrating APIs for AI-powered features.
  • You’re familiar with SaaS product development in the start-up or restructuring phase.
  • You’ve previously scaled software products and contributed to team growth.

You’re open to working flexible hours, with overlap in North American time zones.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
