Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development practices.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
  • Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular.
  • Implement industry-standard design patterns and software engineering best practices.
  • Develop and optimize database interactions using Hibernate/JPA and RDBMS databases.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with adequate unit test coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.

Must-Have Technical Skills
Backend Development
  • Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher versions
  • Extensive experience with Spring Boot
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA
  • Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
  • Strong understanding and practical implementation of Design Patterns
Frontend Development
  • Hands-on experience with Angular
  • Experience building responsive and scalable web applications
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Database
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one RDBMS database (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Experience in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
Testing
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests using JUnit
  • Understanding of test-driven development and automated testing practices

Good to Have Skills:
  • AWS SQS / Kafka
  • DataDog
  • Sumo Logic
  • AWS Basics
  • Docker & Kubernetes

Required Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices
