Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and modern DevOps practices to design, build, test, and deploy robust end-to-end features for critical applications. A crucial part of this role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitLab/GitHub Actions to ensure seamless software delivery within our Agile framework. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using ReactJS (with TypeScript) and NodeJS.

• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly front-end interfaces utilizing Material UI and Tailwind CSS.

• Develop robust, secure, and efficient backend services and APIs, preferably using the Express.js framework.

• Critically, design, implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and/or GitHub Actions.

• Work proficiently with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including hands-on experience with MongoDB.

• Containerize applications effectively using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code, actively participating in peer code reviews.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical problem-solving sessions.

• Champion and implement best practices in software development, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.

• Demonstrate leadership qualities, potentially mentoring junior team members and driving technical initiatives.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.

• Proven expertise in front-end development with ReactJS and TypeScript.

• Strong proficiency in backend development with NodeJS.

• Demonstrable, hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.

• Understanding & Knowledge with containerization using Docker & Kubernetes.

• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically including MongoDB.

• Proficiency with modern UI development using libraries/frameworks like Material UI and Tailwind CSS.

• Solid understanding and practical experience working within an Agile development methodology (e.g., Scrum).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience specifically with the Express.js framework for NodeJS.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Familiarity or experience with GraphQL.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

• Prior experience working in the regulated healthcare or life sciences industry.
