Full Stack Developer- Mid to Senior level

About the Role
As a member of the Engineering team, the Associate Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and scaling modern, high-performance web applications. This role is focused on new feature development and digital transformation, utilizing a cutting-edge JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend services.
The Engineering team at Appnovation drives innovation for clients worldwide. In this role, you will participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from initial architectural discussions to hands-on coding and deployment. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and senior architects to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready code using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Express. What We Are Looking For
● Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
● Build and maintain scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
● Implement TypeScript across the entire stack to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reduced runtime errors.
● Create dynamic UI components and manage complex application states, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimized performance.
● Develop secure and efficient server-side modules, integrating with various third-party services and internal data sources.
● Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design schemas and manage data flow between the server and the frontend.
● Utilize modern development workflows, including Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
● Participate in peer code reviews, contributing to a culture of high standards and continuous learning.
Who You Are
● You are passionate about the JavaScript ecosystem and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in React and Node.js.
● You have a strong foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean code principles.
● You are eager to learn from senior engineers and take ownership of specific modules within a project.
● 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, with demonstrated expertise in:
○ React.js and Next.js (Server-side rendering, Static site generation).
○ Node.js and Express.js (Middleware, Routing, API design).
○ Strong proficiency in TypeScript and ES6+.
○ Experience with tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
○ Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.
● Strong collaborative and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to discuss technical solutions in a team setting.
