RingCentral GTM Intelligence team is looking for a Fullstack Application Developer to develop data platforms and pipelines to support the CM Buddy Solution.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, product owners and data professionals to align development efforts with business requirements.

• Enhance existing APIs and develop new features to support evolving product needs.

• Perform front-end development and UI adjustments to ensure high-quality user experience.

• Mentor and support other team members, providing guidance and code reviews.

• Write clean, scalable, maintainable and testable code across the stack.

• Develop backend components aimed at improving application responsiveness and overall performance.

• Design and maintain the database layer, writing optimized queries to ensure efficient data access.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve stability and speed.

• Implement security features and ensure compliance with security best practices.

• Maintain and produce technical documentation, including specifications, architecture diagrams, and API documentation.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

• Extensive experience developing SaaS applications in a full-stack capacity.

• Strong backend development experience:

  • 3+ years professional backend software development.

  • Deep knowledge of Python, Django, RESTful API design and implementation.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases, writing optimized queries and improving performance.

  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

• Frontend experience:

  • 2+ years building frontend with React.js (using Context API or similar state-management).

  • Familiarity with modern UI libraries (e.g. Material UI, Chakra UI) — as a “nice-to-have”.

• DevOps / Cloud & Infrastructure:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).

  • Comfortable with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Understanding of application architecture, deployment workflows and scalable infrastructure.

• System architecture and leadership:

  • Experience shaping and working on application architecture.

  • Prior experience leading a team (mentoring, code reviews, technical guidance) — preferred.

• Code quality & best practices:

  • Ability to write effective, maintainable, scalable and testable code.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).

  • Awareness of and ability to implement security best practices.

• Availability and flexibility:

  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours if required (on-call or late working hours).

Bonus / Preferred:

• Experience developing applications integrated with AI or machine-learning components.

• Prior practice building data models and designing data schemas.

• Experience using UI component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, etc.).
