playSTUDIOS is looking for a Full Stack Engineer — a product-minded, frontend-leaning Engineer who can take an idea from “prompt + spec” to a reliable service with a simple UI, and who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ship end‑to‑end GenAI features: Python backends (APIs, async jobs), light UIs (internal dashboards).
• Integrate LLMs and diffusion pipelines into usable internal tools and services.
• Design clean API contracts for agent/tool use (MCP‑style), retries, logging, and evaluations.
• Build data flows for prompts, embeddings, and outputs; persist artifacts and metrics.
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform to iterate fast from prototype to production.
• Document services, provide quick‑start guides, and support self‑serve usage across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Must‑Have:

• 3–5 years in software engineering with JS/Python as the primary language.
• Backend/API experience (e.g., FastAPI/Flask/Node), queues/async, file I/O.
• Frontend familiarity (React/TypeScript).
• Containers, Git, CI/CD; working knowledge of cloud providers.
  

Nice‑to‑Have:

• Vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma) and retrieval patterns.
• MCP concepts (tool contracts/function calling) and agent orchestration.
• Slack or web app integrations; simple auth/rate‑limit patterns.
• Experience in gaming, creative tooling, or internal developer platforms.
• GenAI fluency: prompts, context windows, embeddings, eval basics.
• Diffusion basics (concepts + pipeline integration).

Additional Notes

You may be expected to complete a test as a part of the interviewing procedure.
