Project Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of our web and mobile product teams. You will be responsible for managing backlogs, breaking down product features into actionable tickets, and ensuring smooth coordination across designers, engineers, and stakeholders. With prior product exposure, you’ll align project execution with product vision while also driving clarity in requirements and ensuring delivery quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner closely with client stakeholders and business owners to understand and align on product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Own and manage the product backlog, breaking down high-level requirements into actionable tickets with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, demos) to keep the team aligned and productive.
• Proactively monitor progress, identify risks, and manage changes to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Serve as the go-to point for clarifying requirements during development, bridging communication between stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Ensure requirements and backlog items meet quality standards: complete, concise, consistent, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate stories against requirements.
• Remove blockers and empower the team to stay focused on high-value delivery.

Must Have

• Require a minimum of 4 years experience in a related field; product owner, project manager, business analyst, or similar role in software development.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and prior exposure to product vision/roadmap planning.
• Product-mindset and the ability to think MVP and focus on the highest priority features for development is a plus.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Background working with agile / scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories with detailing acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with either clients/stakeholders to manage the development of their product.
• Hands-on team management experience across cross-functional roles (design, development, QA)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of mobile and web products is a plus.
• Product Owner certification is a plus.
