- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

- 5+ years full charge bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, collections, and cash management experience
- Monthly sales tax reporting experience
- Experience overseeing contracts with manufacturers and vendors
- Annual budgeting and cash flow planning experience
- Benefits and insurance administration experience
- Job costing and inventory management experience
- Payroll processing experience
- Experience with construction accounting
- Ability to work in-person at 20650 N 29th Place, Suite 100 Phoenix, AZ
- Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
