Primary Purpose:
This role will oversee the team who develops, maintains, and launches all training aids and SOPs for all Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA) e-commerce initiatives. They will work with ADUSA Channel Development to gain an understanding of standards and process flow to create the required aids. This role is responsible for collaborating with the leadership team in the development of and implementation of internal compliance needs to ensure external results are excellent. This role will partner with ADUSA Product team to participate in UAT sessions and use the tools at hand to create the training aids needs (including video production and live job aids). They will act as the primary point of contact for all SOP processes, maintenance, and continued improvement of the repository. The Standards and Compliance team are responsible for communicating the large and small initiatives to the organization with all required materials to support training and implementation.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standards and executing SOPs for all of ADUSA e-commerce. Be the conduit back to all brand and ADUSA teams to ensure e-commerce operations is within the guidelines developed and continues to innovate standards to be delivering excellent standards execution at all times.
  • Manage the team of Procedures and Standards associates, creating a best in class set of documentarians. Build a collaborative and inclusive group that thrives in the Implementation & Integration team.
  • Communicate all small and large initiatives to ADUSA and the brands with all required materials to support training and implementation.
  • Create out of the box training aids when appropriate, including videos and signage. Create tour videos of all operations to be used internally for knowledge sharing virtually.
  • Participate in the installation of all new e-commerce fulfillment centers across all brands, ensuring standards are maintained for excellence.
  • Facilitate the communication to ADUSA Channel Development team for all new ventures and provide the team to support all implementations in the operations of all of e-commerce.
  • Integration in industry work groups to ensure up to date information on process and ideas that can be utilized to improve results.
  • Work with the Operations teams in each brand to consult on changes to any e-commerce processes or facilities to ensure they meet all requirements.
  • Contribute to building an Implementation & Integration department that demonstrates partnership behaviors, builds cross-functional connections, develops industry-leading expertise, puts development front and center, and fosters a culture of belonging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's Degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of wide-reaching experience across standards development
  • Solid understanding of food handling regulations
