Runwise replaces expensive and wasteful building control hardware with a low-cost, easy-install management platform.
The Role
The Role

Our Long Island City Fulfillment Center is the operational heart of Runwise, supporting thousands of building installations nationwide. As a Fulfillment Center Operations Lead, you will lead day-to-day warehouse operations while building the systems, processes, and team structure that enable us to scale efficiently.

This is a highly dynamic role that blends frontline leadership with analytical problem-solving. You will manage a small team of associates, own daily execution on the warehouse floor, and partner cross-functionally to improve how inventory flows through our network.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop as both an operator and a leader—someone who can motivate a team, solve problems with data, and isn’t afraid to jump in and execute alongside their team.

How do we structure warehouse layouts, stowing strategies, and workflows to maximize space and efficiency?

How do we ensure consistent, high-quality execution across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping?

How do we balance labor planning and staffing to meet demand while maintaining efficiency?

How do we create repeatable processes and SOPs that reduce errors and improve speed?
