GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for the facilitation and execution of the requisite activities related to account opening, client and advisor support, and FTWA operational processes. This role will be a client-facing and operations role, assisting Investment Advisor Teams, Client Service Officers, and the Investment and Operations teams working with clients to obtain the required information and documentation needed to facilitate the account opening process and conversion to FTWA platforms and systems. The primary function of the FTWA Client Integration and Operations Officer will be to facilitate the required onboarding activities for both new and existing clients related to the opening of new Investment Management accounts and completing and storing all required documentation. This role will be the subject matter expert regarding client onboarding activities, the information and documentation required to open each type of new account, and the process of submitting requests to the appropriate Custodial platform for processing. This role may also assist in other activities related to ongoing account service and ad-hoc operational needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Experience:
Obtain all necessary information and documentation to facilitate the opening of new investment management accounts including CIP, Enhanced Due Diligence, Client Statements, Beneficial Ownership Form, business entity-related documents, and trust-related documents with assistance from Investment Advisor teams, Client Service Officers, and Investment and Operations teams.
Maintain regular and frequent communication with clients and FTWA teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Conduct pre and post-account opening follow-up calls with clients, FTWA Advisor and Operation teams.
Account Administration:
Serve as the subject matter expert relative to all information and documentation required for each type of account opening as well as the process to facilitate the opening.
Ensure each client’s account opening is complete, accurate, and documented as required by policy and procedure.
Prepare account agreements for client signature and execution.
Submit Account Openings for processing and interface with appropriate Custodial related parties.
Provide status updates on account opening and funding processes to Investment Advisor Team throughout the life of the opening.
Transition clients to on-going service team once the opening/onboarding process is complete.
Share knowledge, embrace new ideas, and build strong partnerships for learning and knowledge sharing.
Establish, foster and maintain effective working relationships with the business line and cross-functional teams.
Deliver value to internal and external customers with effective workflow processes and continuous communications.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None. May assist new team members.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of client service experience, preferably in financial services, with experience in a high-net worth client setting, preferred.
Client experience skills with both internal and external clients; ability to work in a team environment presenting a professional image and developing a strong rapport with Advisor teams.
Investment advisory and/or broker dealer experience preferred
Basic knowledge of investment management strategies, markets, account types, basic estate planning principles, and financial planning.
Experience with Fidelity and/or Charles Schwab custodial platforms, preferred
Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems, document repositories, and electronic workflow management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and detail-oriented focus
Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize, work independently and multi-task in a high-paced environment as well as maintain flexibility to meet business needs.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CoPilot.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Extended viewing of computer screens.
10% travel may be required.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
