TravisMathew is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Fixed Term Demand & Supply Planner to cover a period of maternity.
The Demand & Supply Planner will join us on a full time, fixed term basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

The Demand & Supply Planner will manage forecasting, inventory, and S&OP improvements, ensuring alignment between sales goals and supply. As the key link between HQ in California and European teams, you’ll collaborate closely with merchandising, PLM, sales, finance, and supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to gain high visibility with senior teams, build deep expertise in demand and supply planning, and contribute directly to international business growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape regional product line plans and align assortments with sales goals.
- Manage seasonal forecasts, inventory health, and replenishment strategies.
- Lead EMEA S&OP cycles to balance sales and supply, maximizing inventory turn.
- Support global buying processes and conduct seasonal hindsight reviews.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Advanced Excel skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in SAP or similar ERP planning tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and planning abilities.
- Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
The Demand & Supply Planner will bring proven experience in retail merchandising or planning, applying their expertise in a dynamic S&OP environment to shape strategy and drive performance.
