We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and service-focused LPN/Medication Technician to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on Full-Time Day Shift. This position plays a vital role in promoting resident health, safety, comfort, and quality of life while providing exceptional care in a warm, resident-centered environment.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Day Shift
- Weekend and holiday rotation as needed
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of medication administration, treatments, and resident care.
- Assist with resident assessments, service plan updates, and care coordination.
- Provide support and guidance to caregivers regarding resident care needs.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and community standards.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident incidents.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, providers, and team members.
Qualifications
For LPN Candidates:
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
For Medication Technician Candidates:
- Current Ohio Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification (if applicable).
- Previous experience administering medications in a senior living setting preferred.
