FSSC Sub-Regional Business Partner with English and Italian

Build bridges between Finance Operations and Regional Leadership! Take ownership of service delivery for our Italy and Nordic markets.

Business Partnership & Communication

• Act as a Trusted Advisor and primary FSSC partner for Country/Regional Finance Directors, representing service operations in strategic business reviews.
• Manage expectations and bridge the gap between regional strategy and operational constraints using business-relevant language.

Metrics Ownership & Performance Management

• Drive Service Excellence by continuously reviewing, adjusting, and presenting FSSC metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and support teams in defining and implementing improvement actions.
• Ensure transparency through data-driven insights, ensuring that performance management is aligned with regional business priorities.

Scope & Service Understanding

• Ensure deep understanding of the FSSC service scope and align it with evolving client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for service optimization and support the evolution of the FSSC service model.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with other local and global supporting functions to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Participate in global initiatives aimed at increasing overall organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Process Optimization & Value Creation

• Facilitate workshops and drive Continuous Improvement projects that enhance both customer experience and operational scalability.
• Use a data-driven approach to measure and report the financial and operational impact of implemented changes.

Compliance, Risk & Control

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks; report breaches and manage incident logs.

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering or shared services environment
• Knowledge of English and Italian at a minimum C1 level
• Solid understanding of finance operations and local business unit dynamics
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate metrics (KPIs/SLAs) into actionable business insights.
• Practical background in change management, continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Strategic mindset combined with sound business acumen
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude with high accountability and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to drive results and influence decision-making without direct authority.
• Opportunity for international networking (travel up to 25%)
• Proficiency in ERP systems – knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite will be considered a strong advantage.
