Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be the customer champion for FSNI. You’ll believe in the power of data and relationships to manage and grow Essity’s business within designated Consumer Goods categories. This role is pivotal in driving strategy, planning, customer negotiation, promotional planning, trade spend management, and ROI optimization. You will be responsible for category and account reviews, sales delivery, gap initiative development, monthly reporting, forecasting, and P&L management. Building strong internal and external relationships with multiple stakeholders is key to success in this role.
What You Will Do:

Lead the annual Customer Planning process for designated Consumer Goods categories.

Conduct monthly customer health checks and review meetings.

Oversee customer category review processes and negotiate to achieve the best outcomes for Essity.

Lead and manage New Product Development (NPD) in designated categories.

Drive key customer initiatives and negotiations to optimize value creation and profit.
Who You Are:
-
Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience.
-
5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Strong customer planning and negotiation skills.

Proficient in data and insights analysis.

Strong commercial acumen and a drive for results.

Customer-focused with strategic agility.

Resilient, composed, and adaptable.
