Who you are:

As a Frost Community Representative, you are our educator, through outreach and by attending events you’ll help increase awareness of Frost and its commitment to the financial literacy of local communities. You enjoy collaboration and will have the opportunity to meet with our Community Reinvestment Act partner to identify community events or outreach opportunities. Participating in events and outreach programs are a part of the job, but to you, it’s an opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with folks who can benefit from our mission. You welcome a challenge and are always ready to support others on their banking journey.

What you’ll do:

• Meet with regional Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) partner monthly in order to identify community events or outreach opportunities where Frost can build  new relationships, volunteer, and/or increase financial literacy
• Attend community events while focusing on gaining new relationships and needs-based selling of checking and loan products
• Assist with the movement of clients’ accounts from other financial institutions to Frost
• Visit with existing Frost at Work companies, along with other Frost business clients, in order to offer Financial Literacy Seminars to their employees and to discuss/open accounts and loan products
• Work with other Frost community banking partners and attend their scheduled events and meetings in order to assist with opening accounts and selling loan products
• Ensure that the quality of service given to customers is prompt, efficient, accurate and courteous
• Demonstrate commitment to the Frost Philosophy and Core Values in rendering service to customers
• Perform all other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• A valid Texas drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Flexible with work schedule
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Previous sales experience
• Previous community involvement
• Ability to work independently
• Strong presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree
