- The local organization will inform Reliant of the decision to move forward with onboarding.
- You will register for support-raising training run by Reliant to take the next steps toward support-based ministry.
Skills Required
- Commit to leadership development through direct report meetings, table discussions, and assigned readings
- Support and fulfill the mission, vision, and values of Frontline Church
- Pursue a healthy devotional life with Jesus
- Availability to follow the weekly schedule (Tuesday 8 hours, Wednesday 2 hours, Thursday 4 hours, Sunday 6 hours)
- Participate in weekly mentorship and coaching, including check-ins with intern director and pastoral team meetings
- Complete theological development assignments, reading assignments, and table discussions
- Complete application Phase 1 questionnaire and subsequent local assessment steps as instructed
