Responsibilities- Translate user needs and product goals into thoughtful, intuitive interface designs
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts
- Develop modern, accessible UI components that bring UX designs to life
- Establish UI patterns, design standards, and component libraries
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to refine user journeys
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and usability
- Mentor team members in UX principles, design thinking, and frontend best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and frontend development
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern SPA frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Experience working in Agile development environments
