What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using Next.js and React.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Drive the frontend architecture and technical decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and libraries.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and project planning.
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience as a frontend developer, with a focus on building web applications using React and Next.js.
- Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proficiency in Typescript for writing scalable and type-safe code.
- Experience with UI component libraries like Chakra-UI and CSS-in-JS solutions like Styled-components.
- Knowledge of data visualization libraries and form management libraries such as Reactflow and react-hook-form.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
