We are seeking a dynamic Frontend Team Lead to guide our skilled team of frontend developers.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the technical direction of the team, ensuring the delivery of rich, responsive web applications and PWAs. You’ll actively participate in product design, develop new features using the latest technologies, and maintain our high standards for code quality and application performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and strategy of the frontend team.
- Participate in product design and development of new features.
- Ensure high-quality code and optimize applications for performance.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
- Review and provide feedback on code and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.
- Experience in providing technical guidance to a team.
- Highly proficient with JavaScript frameworks, React.JS, Angular.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/4, and modern web design principles.
- Passion for coding interactive user experiences.
- Comfortable with Git.
- Bonus: Experience in team building and leadership.
- Bonus: Familiarity with NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, SEO principles, web accessibility.
