BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a talented Frontend Team Lead to join our team. As a Frontend Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontend developers in designing and developing high-quality, user-friendly web applications. You will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of frontend development and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze software requirements
- Design and develop modern and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and user experience guidelines
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries such as React or Angular
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
