TEAM
The Enterprise AI Team’s mission is to give Toyota a platform for AI growth. The team works to simplify training, inference, MLops and other aspects of AI development. This is used internally to build safety, convenience and autonomy for the Toyota vehicles.
As part of Enterprise AI, the Portal team will develop and maintain the web based user interface (UI) for our platform and customers within Woven by Toyota and Toyota Group. The web UI is a key component of our platform providing users an easy way to interact with the different features provided by Enterprise AI.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a member of the Enterprise AI Portal team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our primary end user experience. You will have a solid technical background and hands-on experience in building and maintaining web user interfaces from scratch. You have knowledge of frontend technologies, processes, and best practices, to work closely with other engineering teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with product manager and other engineers to develop the Enterprise AI core website
- Design user interfaces for new features to meet the needs of Enterprise AI customers
- Define standards and software best practices for frontend applications to produce maintainable code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style, and code review
- Work with internal and external UX design teams
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience with web development
- At least 1 years of experience with Typescript, React, UI testing tools (ex. Cypress), APIs (usage and development)
- Experience with deployment infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Docker) and maintenance (ex. monitoring) of web applications
- Experience with source control (GitHub, GitLab) development tools, including Git, continuous integration, and code review
- Business level English
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working with interface design software like Figma
- Experience with full stack web development (ex. databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB and/or Node development)
- Japanese language skills
