We are looking for a talented Frontend Software Development Engineer to design, build, and optimise , user-centric web interfaces within enterprise digital platforms.
You will play a key role in delivering high-performing, responsive, and accessible web applications, working closely with designers, backend teams, and product stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences across CMS and LMS environments.
Location – Home based in Poland (ideally Warsaw area, but flexible nationwide) with occasional in-person meetings (1–2 per quarter)
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Build and maintain user-facing web applications using modern frontend technologies
- Develop responsive, mobile-first interfaces aligned with accessibility standards (WCAG)
UI/UX Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to translate designs into clean, reusable components
Performance & Optimisation
- Optimise website performance, speed, and overall user experience
Quality & Testing
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot code to ensure stability and cross-browser compatibility
Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate frontend solutions within CMS/LMS platforms
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and processes
Technology Stack
You’ll be working within a modern enterprise environment using:
- Core: HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript (ES6+)
- Frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Platforms: Drupal (preferred), Opigno LMS
- Hosting/Cloud: Acquia
- Tools: JIRA (or similar)
Bonus experience: PHP (Drupal), Python, Java or C# (.NET), and database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in frontend web development, ideally within complex or enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Experience working with CMS-driven platforms, especially Drupal
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of web accessibility, performance optimisation, and best practices
- Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Fluence in English

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł134,100.00 - zł248,900.00.
