Join us as a Team Leader to lead a Frontend Infrastructure team in the Client Foundation group. You'll join our R&D department based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel

You'll take part in creating and improving our next-generation developer toolset:

  1. Our state of the art Micro Frontends framework.
  2. Implement global state solution in the client.
  3. Bundle size and performance monitoring tools.


About The Role:

  • Lead and scale with a team of exceptional Frontend engineers building and leading Mondays.com client.
  • Design, develop, and maintain development toolset.
  • Ensure our architecture supports our short and long term goals.
  • Lead the research and adoption of new technologies.
  • Be both a technical leader and people manager.
  • Take part in defining the Frontend development standards of the company.
  • Our Stack - React.JS, mobX, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL, Kafka, Cassandra

The client foundation team is leading our client R&D’s architecture, dealing with top industry-level scale & performance challenges on a horizontal level, and supporting the client needs of 300+ full-stack engineers. We set the standards and develop tools to improve dev velocity and productivity

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing teams and leading large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical and coding skills with passion for system architecture.
  • Passion for Frontend development technologies and build tools such (eg. Webpack, Rollup, or ESBuild).
  • Experience in creating a distributed Micro Frontend architecture.
  • (Bonus) Experience in solving large scale performance issues.
