About the Role
Our client is building an innovative estimating tool and marketplace for real estate development projects. Their platform streamlines cost estimating for multifamily and, soon, commercial and retail projects. They're looking for a talented Frontend Engineer with the following qualities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend features using React and Next.js.
- Implement UI components using Shadcn and modern design systems.
- Collaborate with the in-house frontend engineer to ensure consistency and performance.
- Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Use AI-augmented coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) efficiently and responsibly.
- Build frontend features integrated with Claude Code under structured engineering direction.
- Participate in UI reviews, sprint planning, and frontend architecture discussions.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and scalable frontend structure.
Requirements
- English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 2 to 6 years of experience with frontend programming.
- Tools: React, Next.js, Shadcn, Cursor / GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Git / CI-CD tools.
- Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
