Pricing Desk Expert (Remote Role)

As a Pricing Desk Expert, you will be a strategic partner at the heart of Iron Mountain’s commercial success. You will move beyond simple data entry to provide high-level pricing guidance and deal structuring for our most strategic global accounts. This is a high-visibility role where your analytical insights will directly influence revenue growth and global process transformation.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a global subject matter expert, providing "price-to-win" strategies and deal models for high-value renewals and new business.

  • Financial Modeling: Utilize customer financial and operational data to build bespoke models that identify revenue opportunities and fair pricing.

  • Global Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Legal, Sales, Product) to ensure global consistency and compliance with international business policies.

  • Process Innovation: Help redefine and automate internal processes to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience across the Deal Operations Center (DOC).

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in pricing management, deal structuring, or complex sales support.

  • Technical Mastery: * Advanced Excel: Expert-level skills in data analysis and translating raw data into actionable insights are mandatory.

  • Salesforce/CRM: Professional proficiency in navigating CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • CPQ Familiarity: Experience with "Configure Price Quote" tools is highly preferred.

  • Communication: Mandatory fluency in English with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to work with ambiguous data, identify trends, and provide specific recommendations.

  • Education: A University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
