Job Description

  1. Guest Relations and Service Excellence:

    • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

    • Provide accurate information about Hotel facilities, activities, and local attractions.

    • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring total guest satisfaction.

    • Maintain an approachable and friendly demeanor at all times, reflecting the resort’s image of personalized luxury service.

  2. Operational Duties:

    • Ensure efficient operation of the Front Desk, following established policies and procedures.

    • Accurately manage guest accounts, billing and  payments.

    • Maintain up-to-date records of arrivals, departures, and guest preferences.

    • Assist in coordinating guest transportation, wake-up calls, and other front office services.

  3. Communication and Coordination:

    • Liaise closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest expectations are met seamlessly.

    • Communicate special requests and guest feedback effectively to relevant departments.

    • Attend daily briefings and contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

  4. Presentation and Professional Standards:

    • Maintain a high level of grooming and personal appearance in accordance with resort standards.

    • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling guest information and financial transactions.

    • Ensure the reception area remains organized, welcoming, and visually appealing at all times.

  5. Sales and Guest Engagement:

    • Promote Hotel facilities, services, and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction.

    • Encourage guest feedback and ensure proper follow-up to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and great organisational capabilities.
  • Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Fluency in English, French, and at least one other regional language.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
