Supports the resort’s Quality Management System through audits, inspections, documentation, reporting, and compliance monitoring. Tracks guest satisfaction, reviews, complaints, and quality metrics; prepares reports for management; supports quality training; and collaborates with department heads on continuous improvement initiatives. Manages resort villas and leads the Villa team to deliver luxury, personalized guest experiences. Oversees villa readiness, VIP arrivals, service quality, guest complaints, interdepartmental coordination, staffing, training, safety, compliance, budgeting, cost control, inspections, and operational reporting. Ensures consistent adherence to luxury resort standards while anticipating guest needs and implementing service improvements.

The role requires shift work, outdoor work, strong communication in English and French, and compliance with safety standards.

Manage the shopping mall’s daily operations, common areas, facilities, security, cleaning, maintenance, contractors, tenant support, health and safety compliance, events, budgets, service levels, and operational reporting.
