Mattel is seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our Office Management Team. 

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Perform receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling couriers.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk and in the waiting area.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, such as office equipment maintenance, office supplies inventory control, company shuttle online reservation system, reporting, budgeting, payment processing etc.
  • Work closely with different internal departments, external service providers, vendors/suppliers & property management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor office maintenance to foster a work environment that is eco-friendly, engaging, efficient and safe.
  • Support internal activities, events, and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • High Diploma / associate degree or above with 1 to 2 years' relevant administration experience in sizable organizations. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliable, detail-minded, meticulous and committed to delivering quality results. Pleasant and willing to learn.
  • Organized, analytical, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works.
  • Good interpersonal skills and supervisory skills, a team player.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
