As Front Office Supervisor, you are one of the driving forces behind creating memorable guest experiences, while leading a team that makes every arrival, stay, and departure feel effortless and welcoming.
In this role, you support the daily operation of the Front Office and lead by example on the floor. You are there to guide the team during busy shifts, assist with guest requests, and ensure that every interaction reflects the warm and personal service Kimpton is known for. Whether you're welcoming a first time visitor, supporting a colleague, or finding a creative solution to a guest concern, you help create moments that guests remember long after they leave.
Working closely with other departments, you ensure a seamless guest journey from start to finish. At the same time, you play an important role in coaching and developing the Front Office team, helping them grow their confidence, skills, and passion for hospitality.
What You'll BringYou are someone who enjoys working with people and naturally takes ownership when things need to get done. You have previous experience within a Front Office environment, ideally in a supervisory or leadership capacity, and understand what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences in a fast paced hotel setting.
You communicate with confidence, remain calm under pressure, and have a positive attitude that inspires those around you. Most importantly, you genuinely care about people, both guests and colleagues, and enjoy creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.
Fluency in English is required, while Dutch or additional languages are considered a plus.
