As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users engage with directly on websites and web applications. Using HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript, you will translate design wireframes into responsive, accessible, and high-performance code. Key duties include optimizing applications for various devices, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and collaborating with back-end developers to integrate APIs.

Responsibilities
- Build user-friendly, responsive, and interactive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes or mockups into clean, functional code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Work with UI/UX designers and back-end engineers to integrate front-end logic with server-side components.
- Implement and enhance campaign reporting and keep abreast of analytics best practices.
- Provide thought leadership on web-design best practices and next-generation digital trends.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites.
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or other related field or equivalent experience
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Preferred 5+ years of experience with modern frameworks/libraires (React, Angular JS, and Git).
- Proficient knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and mobile first design.
- Preferred 5+ years of experience with Git and workflow management
- Solid working knowledge with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and browser developer tools.
- Proficient in building campaign reporting and analytics.
- Strong written and oral communications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.
- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
- Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential.
- Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX.
