What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge web applications using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Champion user experience best practices and accessibility standards throughout the development process.
- Embrace Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) to ensure our products meet both user needs and business requirements.
- Leverage cloud technologies to build scalable, high-performance front-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging front-end technologies and suggesting innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Git)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience building complex, interactive web applications
- Expertise in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of server-side rendering and static site generation
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of personal work
