Over Night and Morning Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Receptionists to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a fantastic stay and top notch service for our wedding and event guests. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for creating memorable experiences. This position reports directly to the Event Manager.
What You'll Do
Overnight Shift:
- Complete check overnight checklist
- Assist with clean up from that night's event, including but not limited to: washing dishes, finishing floor plan set ups. etc.
- Be available for guests needs at all times
- Washing and folding any laundry needed
- Check in guests when needed
- Take out trash and clean the office
- Setting up for breakfast the following morning
Morning Shift
- Complete Morning Check List
- Facilitate Breakfast
- Clean Breakfast dishes and kitchen
- Facilitate Check outs
- Take out trash and clean office
- Complete anything needed for the following event
Compensation:
- Part-time work required on weekends and when events take place
- Overnight shift 10pm/11pm-7am
- Morning Shift 7am-2pm
- $16/hr
Location: The Wildwood Inn, Denton, TX
