We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our facility. Position SummaryAs a Receptionist, you will oversee front desk operations, manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Weekend availability is required to maintain consistent coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and follow facility protocols
- Assist with scheduling and general office tasks
- Communicate effectively with staff and leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Reliable with weekend availability
- Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
