Skybox Security is searching for a Front Desk Operations Admin who is organized and energetic, with superb interpersonal skills.
The Front Desk Operation Administrative will be part of the company’s HR Team, reporting to the Office and People Experience Manager.
The position is 50% - on-site from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00-13:30.
The offered salary for a part-time position is 6,000 ILS
- Responsibilities
- Front desk reception (answering phones, greeting visitors, handling deliveries)
- Providing facility services to Skybox Security employees
- Office Appearance – supporting the facility team with keeping a high standard of working environment
- Assisting with all ongoing aspects related to office operations like cellular, cafeterias, parking, cleaning, travel arrangements, etc.
- Supporting HR with new employees' onboarding and offboarding process.
- Supporting finance team with monthly reports
- Supporting internal projects relating to Facility & Finance & HR responsibilities
- Managing interface with operational vendors such as cleaning, badge system, etc.
- Space Management – keeping the space management file updated, supporting & coordinating internal moves
Requirements
- ~ 2 years of functional experience related to Facility and /or Operation and / or administrative experience.
- Hi-Tech companies’ experience is an advantage.
- Office Proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook) - MUST
- Great English (Verbal & written) - MUST
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – MUST
- Good communication skills and focused on providing a high level of service
- Excellent time management skills and ability to optimize work.
