A global high-tech company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician – HVAC to support the operation and ongoing maintenance of HVAC systems, along with general building maintenance in a modern office environment.
The role includes preventive maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, working with BMS systems, maintaining building systems, supporting projects, and ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient facility operations in a dynamic workplace.
- Proven experience in general maintenance of buildings, offices, or commercial facilities
- Knowledge and experience in HVAC preventive maintenance
- Experience working with BMS systems
- Experience with service/ticketing systems
- Strong technical orientation and hands-on capabilities
- Ability to work independently with good time management and task prioritization
- High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and in a multi-interface environment
- Technical English proficiency
