Title: Front Desk Officer
Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour + shift differential, benefits and perks!
Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time
Schedule & Hours: Friday and Saturday Nights, 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM (15 hours/week)
Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour

We are looking for a hospitality-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team! This position is responsible for verifying and documenting the scheduled presence of all guests, visitors, vendors and third-party contractors entering the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date gatehouse logs.
- Operate and monitor the gatehouse remotely through Axis controls.
- Dispatch Security personnel as needed in response to emergency calls.
- Support emergency communication and established safety procedures.
- Monitor and respond to access-control and gatehouse-related issues.
- Provide information and assistance to residents, visitors, and vendors as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience required. Previous security experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

It supports seniors with independent living and lifestyle-centered amenities, including dining, housekeeping, maintenance, and wellness programs. Its on-site health center provides a continuum of care, including assisted living and skilled nursing, enabling residents to maintain independence while accessing additional support within the same community.
