What You’ll Do

As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will help create a welcoming, professional, and organized environment for everyone who connects with MWC. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, vendors, and community members
  • Answering and routing incoming calls and providing general information
  • Connecting individuals with the appropriate MWC programs, services, or staff
  • Managing mail, deliveries, conference room scheduling, and reception materials
  • Supporting basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintaining an organized and welcoming front-desk and common-area environment
  • Assisting with meetings, events, and organizational projects as needed
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds. You can remain calm when the office is busy, manage interruptions with professionalism, and take pride in helping things run smoothly.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous front-desk, receptionist, customer-service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral-health, or client-centered setting is a plus

Schedule and Availability

This is an in-person position scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week during MWC’s regular business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening availability may be needed to support organizational meetings or special events.
