Manage daily operations of Wellness & Recovery Programs (peer support, family advocacy, resource navigation, support groups). Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers; oversee documentation, data collection, grant and contract reporting, and quality-improvement efforts. Coordinate community partnerships, ensure recovery-oriented and culturally responsive services, and escalate clinical issues to licensed leadership.

Lead and execute annual fundraising strategy and daily development/communications operations. Manage donor stewardship, campaigns, grants support, events, donor database, reporting, and community partnerships. Cultivate relationships with board members, volunteers, donors, and partners while producing fundraising materials and impact reports to advance the organization's philanthropic goals.

Provide administrative and operational support for development and communications: process donations, maintain donor records and acknowledgements, assist with fundraising campaigns and events, create communications and promotional materials using Canva and Microsoft Office, prepare reports and presentations, manage donor database, and collaborate with staff to support fundraising and community engagement.
