We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support. Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, route calls, and take messages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide general information to visitors and clients

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:
