At Riverbend Community Mental Health, we know that a healing journey starts the moment someone walks through our door. We’re looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our office and the heartbeat of our daily operations.

In this role, you’re more than an administrator—you’re a navigator. You’ll ensure our clients feel seen, heard, and supported from the moment they check in until they head home. This role requires close collaboration with our team, specialized equipment access, and daily in-person interaction. Therefore, this is a 100% on-site position based in our Concord, NH office. *Remote work or hybrid schedules are not available for this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a Warm Welcome: Greet clients and visitors with a smile, setting a positive and professional tone for their visit.
  • Keep Things Moving: Handle client check-ins/check-outs, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage the flow of the front office.
  • Master the Details: Maintain accurate client records, verify and maintain information in the Medicaid system, and keep our administrative systems running smoothly.
  • Be the Hub: Answer phones and coordinate closely with our providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless care for every client.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Hight School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Experience with health insurance billing procedures preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with attention to detail are required.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
