We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming presence of our office and play an essential role in creating a supportive environment for the individuals and families we serve.

As a Front Desk Associate, you are more than the first-person clients see—you are a trusted guide who helps make access to care feel comfortable, respectful, and seamless. In this important role, you will greet clients and visitors, support daily office operations, coordinate administrative needs, and ensure each interaction reflects Riverbend’s commitment to compassion, dignity, and person-centered care.

Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to connect with people will directly impact on the client experience. You will be a vital part of our team, helping to remove barriers to care and ensuring clients feel welcomed, valued, and supported from the moment they arrive.

This is a 100% on-site position located at our Franklin, NH office. Due to the client-facing nature and operational responsibilities of this role, remote work or hybrid scheduling is not available.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a Warm Welcome: Greet clients and visitors with a smile, setting a positive and professional tone for their visit.
  • Keep Things Moving: Handle client check-ins/check-outs, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage the flow of the front office.
  • Master the Details: Maintain accurate client records, verify and maintain information in the Medicaid system, and keep our      administrative systems running smoothly.
  • Be the Hub: Answer phones and coordinate closely with our providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless care for every client.

What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Bring:

  • Hight School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Experience with health insurance billing procedures preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with attention to detail are required.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
