We're looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team at Block LLP.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our office running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service and administrative support.

What You'll Do
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Receive and process incoming mail, deliveries, and legal documents
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with document preparation and general office support
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment
  • Familiarity with office management or case management software
