Select strong moments and hooks from raw footage, apply captions, sound design, effects, and graphics, adapt edits per platform, meet fast turnarounds, collaborate with creative/marketing teams, and contribute creative ideas to maintain brand-consistent, engaging content.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, track hiring metrics, and support employer branding and process improvements.
