Park Bank is seeking a dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters, Park Bank Center. This highly visible role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and associates while providing administrative support to Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and other departments throughout the organization.

What You'll Do
As the Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the bank by:
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and associates, creating a warm and professional experience.
- Answering and directing incoming calls through the bank's main telephone line.
- Assisting Human Resources with new hire orientation, recruiting activities, open enrollment, employee recognition initiatives, and other administrative functions.
- Supporting Marketing efforts by sorting, printing, collating, proofreading, and distributing marketing materials and special mailings.
- Assisting Operations and other departments with ongoing and one-time special projects.
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, meetings, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Signing for, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages from USPS, UPS, and other carriers.
- Managing front desk petty cash and postage funds.
- Maintaining visitor sign-in procedures and ensuring compliance with building security processes.
- Supporting cross-functional projects and additional duties throughout the year.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative, office support, receptionist, customer service, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, appointments, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
