Serves as the corporate headquarters’ first point of contact for visitors, clients, and associates while providing administrative support across HR, Marketing, Operations, and other departments. Responsibilities include answering calls, coordinating schedules and meetings, supporting recruiting and employee initiatives, preparing marketing materials, handling mail and packages, managing petty cash and postage, maintaining visitor sign-in procedures, and assisting with special projects.

Lead operational and administrative functions of the bank's credit area, overseeing Underwriting and Credit teams. Manage data integration and analysis for independent credit risk assessments, ensure regulatory and IT compliance, provide reporting to executives and the Board, evaluate credit quality through portfolio and individual reviews, analyze borrower financial performance, support audits and special projects, and drive policy and process improvements.
