Perform credit research and underwriting for commercial loans: analyze financial statements, prepare spreads and loan committee/board presentations, assess creditworthiness, monitor loan files and collateral, support loan closings, and provide administrative/back-up support to business bankers.

Develop and maintain client relationships to originate mortgage loans, prospect via cold calls and networking, assess client needs and match mortgage products, initiate applications and disclosures, coordinate handoffs and closings with partners, maintain product and regulatory knowledge, and provide excellent client service while meeting sales goals.

Lead operational and administrative functions of the bank's credit area, overseeing Underwriting and Credit teams. Manage data integration and analysis for independent credit risk assessments, ensure regulatory and IT compliance, provide reporting to executives and the Board, evaluate credit quality through portfolio and individual reviews, analyze borrower financial performance, support audits and special projects, and drive policy and process improvements.

Lead strategic recruitment, onboarding, LMS administration, and talent management programs. Partner with managers on sourcing, performance reviews, career pathing, compensation recommendations, and continuous HR process improvement.
